2. Club Membership and Access

Membership Requirements

  • Membership applications are subject to approval by club management
  • All members must maintain current contact information with the club
  • Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests
  • Membership fees are due annually and are non-refundable

Guest Policies

  • Members may bring guests in accordance with club policies
  • Guest fees apply as posted and are subject to change
  • Members are financially responsible for all guest charges
  • Unaccompanied guests are not permitted without prior arrangement

3. Golf Course and Facility Use

Tee Time Reservations

  • Tee times may be booked up to 10 days in advance for members
  • Non-members may book based on availability
  • Cancellation policies apply and may result in charges
  • No-shows may result in penalties or restrictions

Course Rules and Etiquette

  • All players must follow USGA rules and club-specific regulations
  • Proper golf attire is required at all times
  • Cart paths and course conditions must be respected
  • Pace of play guidelines must be observed

4. Dining and Event Services

Restaurant Operations

  • Reservations are recommended and subject to availability
  • Menu items and prices are subject to change without notice
  • Special dietary requests should be communicated in advance
  • Gratuities are appreciated but not mandatory

Private Events and Catering

  • Event bookings require signed contracts and deposits
  • Cancellation policies vary by event type and timing
  • Menu selections and pricing are confirmed at time of booking

5. Payment Terms

  • All charges must be settled at time of service unless credit arrangements are established
  • We accept major credit cards, cash, and member account charges

  • Service charges may be added to past due accounts

6. Conduct and Behavior

All members and guests are expected to:

  • Conduct themselves in a manner befitting a private club environment

7. Liability and Assumption of Risk

By using our facilities, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your own safety and that of your guests

8. Property and Equipment

  • Members and guests are responsible for any damage to club property
  • Golf carts must be operated safely and returned in good condition
  • Personal property is left at the club at your own risk
  • Lost and found items will be held for 30 days

9. Communications and Marketing

  • We may use your likeness in promotional materials unless you opt out
  • Club communications may include newsletters, event announcements, and promotional offers
  • You may opt out of marketing communications at any time
  • Member information remains confidential as outlined in our Privacy Policy

10. Suspension and Termination

The club reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate memberships for violation of club rules
  • Refuse service to any individual
  • Modify or discontinue services with appropriate notice
  • Implement temporary restrictions as needed for safety or operational reasons

11. Weather and Course Conditions

  • Golf operations may be suspended due to weather or course conditions
  • Rain checks or credits may be issued at club discretion
  • Course maintenance may temporarily affect play
  • Safety is our primary concern in all weather-related decisions

12. Technology and Website Use

  • Our website and online systems are for authorized use only
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
  • Unauthorized access or misuse of technology systems is prohibited
  • We reserve the right to monitor system usage for security purposes
